My superpower is helping organizations maximize their limited resources.

This is done by developing strategic plans that position them for long-term sustainability and greater community impact.

To date, I have served as a consultant for over 25 organizations in North America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa and facilitated over 50 workshops with boards, leaders, and staff.

My passion for strategic planning extends to the national and international stage, where I share my insights as a speaker at conferences.

Currently based in St. Thomas, Canada, I serve organizations in Ontario, Canada, and around the world.
